WELD-MENTOR was born from ARC FRANCE's hands-on welding expertise, an industrial welding company based in Nouvelle-Aquitaine, France.

CEO & founder, ARC FRANCE

Dylan Alexandre leads ARC FRANCE and drives the WELD-MENTOR project. Coming from high-level industrial welding and recipient of the 2018 French Senate Medal — French Republic, he represented France at WorldSkills 2018 and brings extensive field experience to training.

His background combines technical mastery of the welding process with a drive to modernise welding education through mixed reality and data analytics.

With WELD-MENTOR, he puts ARC FRANCE's expertise at the service of training centres and industrial companies to train faster, better and more safely.
