The same module addresses three distinct working situations.

Where the product stands
WELD-MENTOR is in development. Some visuals are artist's impressions and the accuracy levels shown are demonstration targets. We are opening the first pilots to a limited number of partners.

Training application
In a training centre, the apprentice welds in the booth and sees the gesture measured during the pass, instead of waiting for a verdict on the cooled bead.
How a typical session runs

Preparation
The instructor selects the exercise: process, position, thickness, procedure. The apprentice sets up the station and puts on the helmet fitted with the module.

Execution
The apprentice runs the pass as usual. The module captures the torch trajectory and the welding environment without changing the gesture or the equipment.

Immediate feedback
During and right after the pass, deviations in travel speed, arc height, angles and regularity are shown in the field of view, in a deliberately minimal form.

Instructor debrief
The instructor reviews the session on screen, compares successive passes and targets the correction on what the data shows rather than on an impression.

Supervision application
At workshop level, the instructor follows several booths from a single view and decides where attention is most useful.
How a typical session runs

Preparation
Active booths are attached to the session, each learner to an exercise. The instructor sets what to monitor first.

Execution
Apprentices work in parallel. The workshop view flags the booths where the gesture drifts durably outside the expected ranges.

Immediate feedback
The instructor moves to the booth that needs it most, instead of walking a fixed round and discovering the problem afterwards.

Instructor debrief
At the end of the session, the consolidated view shows group progress and shared difficulties, which become the subject of the collective review.

On-site assistance
On site or in a production workshop, the module supports the operator during the job and documents the real conditions of the work.
How a typical session runs

Preparation
The job is described beforehand: part, position, applicable procedure, access constraints. The module is mounted on the operator's helmet.

Execution
The operator works in usual conditions, including constrained positions, with no extra procedure to follow.

Immediate feedback
Feedback stays discreet: it flags the deviations that matter for bead compliance, without overloading the operator's attention.
04
Instructor debrief
After the job, the session documents the conditions encountered and feeds the team's lessons learned and the upskilling of less experienced welders.
