How ARCFRANCE processes personal data collected on the WELD-MENTOR website.

Data controller

The data controller is ARCFRANCE (SASU), 20 rue Fernand Jarnac, 33140 Villenave-d'Ornon, France — SIREN 940 690 944, represented by its chairman Dylan ALEXANDRE.

Data collected through the form

The site only collects personal data when you voluntarily complete the demonstration request form:

  • first and last name
  • e-mail address
  • phone number (optional)
  • organisation and organisation type
  • job title (optional)
  • free-text message (optional)
  • browsing language and the page the request came from
  • consent and the date it was given

No sensitive data is requested. Please do not include confidential information in the message field.

Purposes

  • answering your demonstration or information request
  • arranging a call, a visit or a test session
  • following up the business relationship with your organisation
  • preventing abusive automated submissions (form anti-spam protection)

Legal basis

Processing of data submitted through the form is based on your consent (article 6.1.a GDPR), collected via a non pre-ticked checkbox whose date is recorded.

Subsequent follow-up of the business relationship with your organisation is based on the legitimate interest of ARCFRANCE (article 6.1.f GDPR) in developing its activity with professional organisations.

Recipients

Data is accessible only to authorised ARCFRANCE staff handling requests. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Processors

Database and storage of requests: Supabase, a managed infrastructure service. Form data is stored in a database hosted in the European Union.

Website hosting: OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France — SIREN 424 761 419. Site and form data are hosted in the European Union.

Retention period

Prospect data is kept for 3 years from the last contact with the data subject, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights over your data:

  • right to restriction of processing
  • right to withdraw your consent at any time

How to exercise your rights

You may exercise your rights by e-mail at contact@arcfrance.fr or by post to the registered office address, describing your request. We reply within one month; proof of identity may be requested in case of reasonable doubt.

Right to lodge a complaint

If, after contacting us, you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL):
